"underground Music" have really exploded and took off around the world and
many states, have gotten more than their share of portions... but, not the
Carolina states... The underground artist there are starting to making a
major impact on the hiphop industry... and this is one of those many artist
trying to make an impact on the streets of the Carolinas... He goes by the
name: thDictator (A.K.A) DiRty D.I.C for short... never mind the nick
name... focus on his ability to deliver verbal rawness to the youth... that
alone, should scored this kid into the ranks of advocates for hustlers and
grinders in the streets. Like many other young Black Men on their grind,
thDictator found that life in the street was a Dead End. Being tired of
traveling on a never ending road to destruction this young man tryed to
turn his life around and he begin to use the pen and paper as a way out and
describe a vivid picture of the not so kool side of being in the
streets... as situations made impact on him... he develop a passion for
music and found out it was a way to express him self as much as he could,
but at the same time thDictator understood the reality of possibly being
stuck permanently in the streets. "After pursuing rap music thDictator was
trying to just make it into the game by dibbling and dabbling with
different independent ventures so to speak, and trying to make a little
money... designing Artwork for Album covers of other independent artist...
Learning how to doing graphic's help-d out a lot else otherwise, i would
have been getting money the same way many others get it..."out in the
street$" says thDictator... Burned out from hearing the same kind of music
across the airwaves that lacked realness and substance to it.... thDictator
put himself to writing lyrics and finding tracks that he felt the people
needed to hear in order to start an unstoppable street movement. once again
to "take charge" of a bad situation... one has got to be sort of aggressive
and that's the way he sounds... "AGGRESSIVE" just remember this, when yall
listern to thDictator get ready, the way he express from his point of
