Adanita Ross’ journey is one that proves a strong will and unwavering
determination can produce amazing results. Singer, songwriter and student
of all things music. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, NY, Adanita
grew up in a house constantly filled with music. After hearing Whitney
Houston at the age of 10, Adanita was instantly hooked and knew a career in
music would be her future.
She started off in local talent shows which led her to L.L. Cool J
Rock The Bells Record label. Then Adanita was selected to tour with
Freedom Williams of the world famous C&C Music Factory. Her experience on
the road has groomed Adanita with the art of live entertaining.
In 2015 DreamWorks Animation released the NetFlix series Mr. Peabody
and Sherman Show and soundtrack which featured the single Ferris Wheel with
vocals by Adanita Ross. “It’s Already Written” speaks to all those
that share the mutual thought of I will succeed.
