Bio
In the over indulgent, flamboyant and braggadocios age of rap, the ever
evolving hip hop game has heads yearning for the thought provoking
consciousness rap of BLAST4ME. 31 years old Amin Gordon is the next big
thing from long island, New York a place that has produced more than its
share of seminal rap artist. Influenced by “ Strong Island” rap icons
Rakim, and Public Enemy, as well as the new age entertainers such as Tupac,
Nas, and Biggie, just to name a few; BLAST4ME recalls that it wasn’t just
the genius of their lyrical delivery that caught his attention it was the
message. Growing up in the era of the break dance, B-Boy stages to the now
more hardcore, flashier MC, was what inspired BLAST4ME foray into
introspective rap. “I want to make music with a message,” says
BLAST4ME. “But instead of constantly talking about the struggle, I wan to
show people how to overcome life’s obstacles through my music.” Though
in recent years, BLAST4ME has used his creative talents to create music
with a snappier sound, to catch the eyes and ears of this eras rap fan
base. However, his album won’t be void of the hard hitt’in and
provocative lyrical gems he drops with authority as he fluently flips
parable conveying his support of the underdog and denouncing the conditions
that spawn economic depression and drug related violence. As the first rap
artist, BLAST4ME impending explosion onto the hip hop music scene is
imminent. With a lyrical game this tight, no doubt rap fans will take
notice that BLAST4ME rhymes a couple of notches higher than the average MC.
While BLAST4MEs message is straight from the streets, the goal for his
forth coming LP is to be the bridge between the underground and the
radio-friendly hit that’s bumpin’ in the clubs. When asked his vision
toward his music and style, BLAST4ME states, “I’m trying to make music
for everybody. You can either rock your hoodies and tims, or your tie and
cuff links
