I was born in the small town of Corinth,Ms and raised in The Great City of
Memphis,Tn. I grew up in Orange Mound, and have ties all throughout
Memphis. My influences are: 2Pac, Nas, Public Enmey, KRS-1, Ice Cube,
N.W.A., The Doc, Common, Mos Def, L.L. Cool J, Andre 3000/Outkast, Queen
Latifa, Missy, Aalyiah, Monie Love,Alicia Keys, Beyonce,Three 6 Mafia,
Playa Fly, Scarface, U.G.K., The Ghetto Boys, Project Pat, Lil Boosie,
Master p, Snoop Dogg, E-40, R. Kelly, Diddy, Oprah Winfrey, Barack Obama,
My mom and dad, my grandmother, my childern, my nieces and nephews, and al
my family members. My music is a mixture of spoken-word poetry, and
socially conscious hip-hop. My music isn't materialistic, nor is it
degrading. It's up-lifting, truthful, and thought provoking. It's history
and current affairs all-in-one, and it speaks too what's going on in our
society, and the world today.
