Mike Textbeak has releases on labels such as Savas Pascalidis' label
Lasergun (Berlin), Vaatican Records (France), Xynthetic, Jon 7’s Time
Theory label, 21/22 Corp, Bleak, Swishcotheque, Colin Johnco, Amduscias,
Audiotie, Politicide, and co-owns the Philtre Com imprint with
co-conspirator Claus Muzak. His band Bath is currently slated to be on an
upcoming compilation on Austrian label Bleak with The Legendary Pink Dots,
Attrition, and Nocturnal Emissions. He has remixed Atomizer (Nag Nag Nag),
Black Strobe (Playlouder /Beggars Banquet), Black Victor, Unterm Rad
(Tympanik Audio), and Bioni Samp among others. He has had numerous magazine
appearances including Outburn and has been featured on many compilations
including one by Alternative Press and the first compilation released on
Artoffact Records entitled The Thin Edge of the Wedge. From the early '90s
Columbus, Ohio rave scene, when he was a member of Body Release with
Titonton Duvante (Residual Records), Todd Sines (Frankie, Planet E,
Peacefrog, YORE), and Charles Noel (aka ARCHETYPE, ARCH_TYP...21/22 Corp,
Bag Pak), through the mid '90s early 2000's with his band Bath, to his
current endeavors, he has always pushed the envelope with his compositions
and genre-blasting sets.
