A rising star is an overused cliché that does not begin to describe
multi-talented Pooch the Great. His ability to work across genres and work
with a wide assortment of artists is what makes him amazing. It’s also
what got him his name. In 2008 one of the artists he worked with, L.O.V.
(Eternal Life Records) jokingly nicknamed him "Pooch The Great", for his
ability to take an artist’s good and make it great. Pooch The Great has a
passion for teaching and developing people that is unmatched
Leon “Pooch the Great” Dunn Jr. was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA
and now resides in Houston, Texas. He has worked with accomplished artists
such as Cupid (Atlantic Records), Hurricane Chris (J Records), Phunk Dawg
(J Records), Skull Duggery (Universal Records), and T-Bo Da Fire Cracker
(No Limit Records). He has also worked with up and coming artists such as
Sara Scott (Pro Rated Records), Koach Soldjer (Pro Rated Records),
Pla’Boy (Pro Rated Records), L.O.V. (Eternal Life Records), and many
others.
