I started doing open mics/rap battles. After winning my 1st one, I started
opening for acts like "Public Enemy", "Lords of the Underground", "Naughty
by Nature", etc.
I went to high school with "Dice Raw' (from the Roots). He introduced me to
"Mike Knox" (of G-Unit), and we started a group called "Mad Skills"!! I
traveled from school to school serving would-be rappers when I met "Eve"
(before she spit)!! My biggest competition was a rapper named "Nickel-Bag"
(from South Philly)!!
I've been in chyphers with the illest emcees around - "Freeway", "Major
Figgaz", "Jack Frost", "Task Force", "RAM Squad", "100X", and many
more!!
I used to hang out with "Steady B", and "The Man They Call LUX"!!
I've been on the radio with "Golden Boy", "Lady B", and "Golden Girl"!!
I was a regular performer at "Dances" nightclub (where I even opened for
Wu-Tang Clan)!!
But my most memorable hip-hop moment has to be when I almost landed a spot
on "Rock The Bells" records (with the super legendary LL Cool J)!!
