Bio

The star they call Prince otherwise known as Vinchi, is an up and coming artist with a lot of talent. His versatile style of flow includes club bangers, panty droppers, and thought provokers. His lyrics have a way of grabbing you, and even if for a brief moment, making you actually listen. This is a rare talent that most new artists lack. Like most performers, Vinchi hails from the prominent ghetto. Growing up in the Bronx, and being raised solely by his mother, his need to succeed was ignited. He focused on his music while maintaining adequate grades in Banana Kelly High School. Unlike most struggling artists, Vinchi maintained a realistic view of his budding career. He understood that in order to make it musically, he had to make it mentally, and that meant sacrifice and commitment. Vinchi got his musical inspiration during his freshman year in high school. He began writing poetry and Rhymes for homework assignments and also to win the hearts of the girls in his school, however the more his peers took a liking to his work, the more serious he became about his writing. He used musical icons such as Snoop Dogg, Busta rhymes, Ludacris, 2 Pac and Biggie Smalls, to help mold his own lyrical style, making him that much of a threat to other up and coming artists. Vinchi decided that after his high school graduation he would follow through with his education by going to college. His decision to continue learning did nothing to simmer his desire for world wide recognition. Instead he participated in events such as fashion and talent shows, as a model and a performer to prove that he could be as versatile as his lyrics.. As a theater and communications major at LaGuardia Community College, Vinchi was introduced to a different side of music. He had already mastered the lyrical aspect of a song, but now it was time to conquer the beat. He was well aware that the lyrics are only half of the message in a song, so he paid extra attention to the melody and flow. His gift to connect the two perfectly, gives him the edge he needs to outshine his competition.
